After a somewhat slow takeoff, literally slow I can add since it felt the plane had just about enough speed to get us floating instead of flying, we had an unexpected good flight.
Given the knowledge we paid well under €500,- for an open return ticket to Delhi I could only imagine the word service would not be in the vocabulary of MAHAN air personell, the truth is it's been a long time since I had this kind of service (must be the kerosine they save with the slow starts athat accounts for the low fares:)
I have just made a startling discovery though, there is something worse than German food: Iranian airline food prepared in Germany... The only good thing it did me was making me look forward to not eating any meat for the next 6 months.
